The Cactus Ranch Read-A-Thon starts THIS Friday! Students will find out more information during their Wellness Classes on Thursday and Friday.

Read-A-Thons get your reader excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage your child to read even more while helping to raise funds for our school.

This will be our main fundraiser of the school year with our goal to raise $20,000 in honor of CRE's 20th Birthday! The proceeds from this fundraiser will fund ongoing academic enrichment programs, such as the Spelling Bee, Generation Genius, and Maker Space. Funds will also aid cultural arts like the Austin Jazz Workshop, and general math and reading programs. A large portion of these funds will be spent on Cactus Ranch Elementary campus improvements such as playground enhancements, permanent fixtures for the Wellness classes, and general indoor/outdoor beautifications. Field trips, end of year celebrations, and staff appreciation will also receive funds from your generous donations.

Similar to previous fundraisers, 10% of each teacher's classroom total will go directly back into their classroom!
